Welcome to the Home of the Second Annual Cathlamet Downhill Corral Longboard Festival.

The Cathlamet Downhill Corral Festival is a three day event
Friday August 27th through Sunday the 29th, 2010

in the small but welcoming town of Cathlamet Washington. Cathlamet is about 90 minutes NW of Portland Oregon, on the Columbia River.

Friday night there will be the tight slalom, a board demo area to try out some new equipment and a slide competition. Saturday morning there will be a 7.5 mile push race on nearby Puget Island, followed by the mystery slalom race in the afternoon. Enjoy the beer garden and live music that evening at the nearby marina. Sunday will be an exciting downhill race through town.  If you are familiar with the Sullivan Challenge in Kimberly, BC, this course is similar but with a smoother road. This is a fully sanctioned race with closed streets, hay bales and shuttles and this years (2010) profits go toward building
a skate park in town.
